Vacation is a wonderful thing. Scallops for lunch when I arrived last Saturday. Scallops as part of the sashimi platter when out for sushi Tuesday night. But tonight’s scallops were the best:
Made at home, grilled and then hit with the blowtorch for that little extra char without them becomi ng overcooked and tough, then s erved with a wedge of lime. Perfection.

just woke up and now im hungry
still got a month to go before i get to go on holiday.... going to portugal tho.. so looking forward to blowing all my cash on local restaurants.. should be good :D
(i mean im sure the villa we rented has a kitchen... but fuck that noise... im there for the pool and the local food)
